PRESENTATION ABOUT ACCIDENT

   HI, Today i want to share to you about last week task, about accident at workplace. Me and my friends get a task to find an accident about near miss....We need to identify the causes and effect of the accident. Also we need to give a recommendation how to reduce the number of accident at workplace.

     For the first presentation we need to tell to all my friends  about the meaning of the near miss and show a video of example near miss accident.......


After my first presentation, my teacher ask me and my partner to add more info such as hazard and risk. we also need to discuss on safety precautions such following SOP,  the importance of PPE and  Safety Signage.
